The quicktime player recording bug is reproducible:

1. Launch Quicktime Player
2. Select File>New Movie Recording
    - window opens showing video preview
3. Select Quicktime Player>Preferences...
    - preferences window opens, showing General
4. Click Recording
    - preferences window shows Recording preferences
    - a second or so later, Quicktime Player crashes

I don't know if this is new to 1.1.2d18, because I only registered QT  
pro a few days ago.

This is with a Philips ToUCam Fun on a 400MHz G4. I could try it with  
the Vesta pro if that's any help.
