OK, I just posted a25 (a24 was an internal testing build that didn't ship):

This release expires on 3/4/07.

Functionality should be unchanged from a23 (although I've added some 
better logging of errors and some internal testing preferences).

For anyone using Skype, you should also note that Skype 2.5 has shipped.

This version supposedly fixes the big problem I couldn't work around, 
so if you were having trouble with Skype, please try 1.1a25 with 
Skype 2.5.0.85 and let us know if you have any problems.

(One thing I notice is that Skype opens and closes the driver a lot, 
resulting in the demo dialog popping up a lot if your driver is 
unregistered -- I'll see if I can fix that by limiting it to once per 
application launch)
