Well... :-)

A first one good news is that this version of driver resolve a blue  
screen bug, and it's very stable version.

Great work! ... now, you are ready for next level of the game,

I have setup a bench test on PowerPC G4, and PowerPC G5, both with  
Tiger 10.4.11 and iUSBCam v.2.2.4 (for iChat).

I have tested many software:
HackTV Version 1.11
iChat Version 3.1.9 (v446)
Skype Version 2.7.0257
aMSN Version 0.97 (12/25/2007)
Yahoo! Messenger Version 3.0 beta 3 (98855)
Mercury Version 1.9
EvoCam Version 3.6



1) PHASE ONE: iSight on G5 and Philips SPC900NC on G4

1a) On G4 I have tested preference panels of applications:
- HackTV Preference: Work, face tracking wok (all resolution)
- iChat Preference: Work, face tracking work
- Skype Preference: Work, face tracking work
- Yahoo! Messenger Preference: Work, face tracking work
- aMSN Preference: Work, face tracking work
- Mercury Preference: Work, face tracking work
- EvoCam Preferense: Work, face tracking work

1b) On G4 I have prerform a recording test:
- EcoCam recording (5 min. test): Work

1c) On G5 I have tested preference panels of applications:
- HackTV Preferences: Work, face tracking wok (all resolution)
- iChat Preference: Work, freeze when I enable face tracking and than  
crash when swap to another panel (with face tracking)
- Skype Preference: Work, freese whene I enable face tracking, some  
times don't start to capture image
- Yahoo! Messenger Preferense: Work, freeze on face tracking and then  
crash
- aMSN Preference: Work, face tracking wok but crash whene an other  
application is open
- Mercury Preference: Work, freeze whene I enable face tracking
- EvoCam Preferense: Work, freeze on face tracking

1d) On G5 I have perform a recording test:
- EcoCam recording (5 min. test): Work

1e) On G5 I have started a video session to G4
- G5 iChat -> G4 iChat Start Sesstion: Work
- G5 Skype -> G4 Skype Start Session:Work
- G5 Yahoo! Messenger -> G5 Yahoo! Messenger Start Session: Work
- G5 aMSN -> G4 aMSN Start Session: Work
- G5 Mercury -> G4 Mercury Start Session: Work

1f) On G4 I have started a video session to G5
- G4 iChat -> G5 iChat Start Session: NOT Work, crash iChat on G5
- G4 Skype -> G5 Skype Start Session: NOT Work, crash Skype on G5
- G4 Yahoo! Messenger -> G5 Yahoo! Messenger: NOT Work, crash Yahoo!  
Messenger on G5
- G4 Mercury > G5 Mercury Start Session: NOT Work, crash Mercury on G5
- G4 aMSN -> G5 aMSN Start Session: Work, some times don't start



Note: after phase one I'm very happy!!! :-) There is some problem to  
recieve incoming video calls on G5, but I have seen this driver  
working again on G5.




2) PHASE TWO: iSight on G4 and Philips SPC900NC on G5

2a) On G5 I have tested preference panels of applications:
- HackTV Prefeneces: Work, face tracking work
- iChat Prefences: Work, face tracking work
- Skype Preference: Work, face tracking work
- Yahoo! Messenger Preferense: Work, face tracking work
- aMSN Preferences: Work, face tracking work
- Mercury Messenger Preferences: Work, face tracking work
- EvoCam Preferences: Work, face tracking work

2b) On G5 I have perfom a recording test
EcaCam recording work (1 min. test)

2c) on G4 - Preference TEST

Ouch! iSight on G4 don't work :-(((



CONCLUSION

This version of driver it's very stable and work perfectly with  
Philips SPC900NC, and resolve blue screen on both G4 and G5.

It don't work with iSight on G4, but it's work again on my G5.

I'm still have a problem with face tracking with iSight on G5.

I also have seen some problem when I wrongly start a second video  
session: a program was freezed or it was crashed.

One time I have gotten a problem on auto exposure with iSight on G5,  
and I have manually selected "Shutter mode" to resolve that problem.



KNOWN ISSUE
This version of driver don't work with iGlasses.



SUGGESTIONS
This driver work perfectly with USB webcams.

Yoy can probably check iSight or firewire specific source code (for  
exmaple: auto exposure startup sequence or face tracking code of  
iSight).
