IOXperts Video 1.1.2a47

I have downloaded and registered 1.1.2a47 and I am also getting the 
file created... %BF%FFް%BF%FF%DFX%BF%FF޸%A0%AC%DEl
It does seem to tie in with the IOXperts Session Monitor.  I am running 
10.5.2, G4 Powerbook and a Logitech Quickcam Zoom.  Lets hope you get 
this fixed
