This fixes the following bugs:

   * Surviving logout
   * Simultaneous recording from multiple IIDC cameras
   * Continuous logging in IIDC code

We haven't addressed:

   * MoveToTrash crash on 10.2.8

As far as I know there are no serious outstanding compatibility 
issues, so please test thoroughly.
