Driver Not Seeing Logitech QuickCam Orbit MP (USB) on Mac G4

I installed the latest driver, but my Mac G4 (OS 10.3.9) is not seeing 
the camera.  The computer recognizes the new driver but its not seeing 
the camera, which is attached using USB. I've tried the built-in USB 
port and my external USB device hub.
