IOXperts Video 1.1.2a20 driver has some issues with Skype

Need to start iChat first to initiate IOXperts Video 1.1.2a20 driver,  
iChat works fine.

When you open Skype 2.0.0.2 it crashes. If you open Skype first it  
wont initiate the IOXperts Video 1.1.2a20 driver and you have voice  
only.
