Skype is currently calling the video digitizer from a secondary 
thread, which is illegal -- there's supposed to be an update coming 
which fixes the problem.

(Quicktime isn't reentrant and the driver uses it internally, 
resulting in a crash the first time we allocate a GWorld for face 
tracking/PTZ -- I'm not sure if there's anything we can do to work 
around the problem, like trying to get to the main thread ourselves, 
as this might result in a deadlock)

Can you send me a copy of the crash log off list?

(Although I suspect it's going to be in the first call to NewGWorld())

I'll look at this -- are you saying that the custom settings panel is missing?
