If you (or anyone else) can try the logging version of 1.1.2a28 and
send me your ioxdeviced debug.log an anything starting with "iox" in
system.log or console.log if you can get it to happen, I'd appreciate
it.

I suspect it's a race condition in the startup code of ioxdeviced
that only happens if your camera is connected at startup -- might be
of the form of trying to get the MAC address of the internal ethernet
port while the network is in flux just after boot or something of
that form.

In 10.1.2a28 I didn't do anything to stop this, but I enabled some
extra logging to try and isolate where it is.

Unfortunately, this is a grade-A heisenbug.

I suspect it will be simple to fix once we can figure out where it is.

I can add code in ioxsessiond to relaunch ioxdeviced if it crashes,
but that will break fast user switching. At this stage, I'd rather
find the bug and fix it permanently than mask it.

P.S. I also suspect that unplugging your camera when you reboot will
work around the problem.
