Hi Hans,

I double-checked and they do -- is it possible that you're 
experiencing the problem that's been discussed here where ioxdeviced 
is either crashing or failing to launch?

The workaround is to manually launch:

   /Library/Application Support/IOXperts/Private/ioxdeviced

I'm still looking for the exact problem, but this has worked for most people.

(Although you'll have to repeat if you log out or switch users)
