Odd files and double install.

My system is:

Hardware:
 Model Name: Mac mini
  Model Identifier: Macmini2,1
Processor Name: Intel Core 2 Duo
  Processor Speed: 2 GHz
  Number Of Processors: 1
  Total Number Of Cores: 2
  L2 Cache: 4 MB
  Memory: 1 GB

Software
System Version: Mac OS X 10.5.1 (9B18)
Kernel Version: Darwin 9.1.0.
US English

I had removed all of the funny files. After restart, I have:

firefly:~ tomtalbott$ ls -l /
total 42213
-rw-r--r-- 1 tomtalbott admin 0 Feb 10 13:32 %80%E0%FF%BF%AB??%92x%DF%FF%BF%91%9A%C0%95`
-rw-r--r-- 1 root admin 0 Feb 10 13:32 %B0??

I have not used the uninstall script for a while. Last couple of installs were without the uninstall script. At this point I can only assume this is related to the ioxperts drivers because others are reporting it. I have not uninstalled the drivers and then done a restart to see if that eliminates the files.
