IOXperts Webcam Driver 1.1b25 available

Since around b23 or b24, Broadcaster nolonger works as it should,  
atleast on Panther. The broadcast starts, but the video encodingrate is  
0. It works if I revert back to b22 again. Anything I can do to help  
sort this out?
